What is UPS My Choice and does it cost money?
UPS My Choice members are charged a fee for every 2-hour confirmed delivery window request, though Premium members receive two free requests with their annual subscription. Please know that we won’t charge for this service until your shipment is delivered within the confirmed window.

How long does UPS My Choice take?
As a new UPS My Choice Member, you will receive a welcome letter via the postal mail service with your activation code approximately 7-14 days from the date of your UPS My Choice enrolment. Your activation code will not be valid after 45 days from the date on the letter.
