Why does Parcelforce take so long?

Do Parcelforce text before delivery?
We send an email or text to your customers to tell them when we plan to deliver their parcel. If this is not convenient, they can instruct us to deliver on a different day or to a different address (a neighbour or a post office).

Why is my Parcelforce tracking not updating?
Most often when a parcels tracking has stopped updating, it is simply due to a small delay in the delivery, or a delay in the tracking system.
