Can I pick up a package from UPS if I missed the delivery?
If you’re unavailable when UPS attempts delivery at your address, UPS may deliver your package to a UPS Access Point® location near your home, where your package will be held for you to pick up for 7 calendar days. After 7 calendar days, your package will be returned to the sender as undeliverable.
What if UPS didn’t leave an InfoNotice?
If the package couldn’t simply be left, the tracking status will show UPS InfoNotice was left. If no InfoNotice is present, it means the package either hasn’t been delivered or has been lost or misplaced. If your package’s status shows a missing delivery, your first step is to contact the shipper.
What’s the InfoNotice number?
The InfoNotice number, located above the barcode, enables you to track your shipment, confirm delivery, reschedule the delivery date, arrange to pick up your shipment at a UPS Customer Center, have your shipment delivered to a different address, or return the shipment to the sender.
How many attempts does UPS make?
We are unable to provide two delivery attempts on the same day. Your driver may make a second attempt on the next business day and a third attempt on the following business day, if necessary. Where available, your shipment may be taken to your nearest UPS Access Point location™ for collection.
