Men in Black is a semi-comic science fiction media franchise that originated with the Malibu/Marvel comic book of the same name created by American author Lowell Cunningham. “Men in Black III” has been a slog from the start; Production was broken into two shooting segments and filmed in two separate calendar years (starting in November of last year) to take advantage of tax rebates in Manhattan. The unorthodox schedule was also meant to allow for work on the script. High-T is the main antagonist of the 2019 sci-fi action comedy film, Men In Black: International. He is an ambitious high-ranking member of the Hive who started out as the corrupt and no-nonsense head of the MIB branch within the United Kingdom, but was infected and converted into a member of the evil alien race. Men in Black: International is a spinoff from the Tommy Lee Jone and Will Smith-starring Men in Black trilogy, and though it’s set in the same universe, the connections between the movies are pretty slim now that Tessa Thompson and Chris Hemsworth star as the titular heroes in black.
