What does Safeload coverage cover?
Personal Property Insured: This insurance covers the personal property of the Insured, or the property of others for which the Insured may be liable or have assumed liability prior to a loss, while being loaded into the assigned moving truck or unloaded at the assigned destination(s).
How much do movers get tipped?
You may choose to tip your movers a flat rate or to give them a percentage of the total moving cost. A general rule of thumb is to tip $4 to $5 per hour per mover or to tip between 5 and 10% of the total move cost.
How do I find my U-Haul access code?
If you forgot your access code, you can find it within your U-Haul account. How do I lock up my storage unit? We require that all customers secure their rooms using a round discus style lock. They can be purchased at a discount from the U-Haul store online or at the counter during move-in.
Does U-Haul offer a military discount?
UHaul does not have an official military discount. However, some former customers claim they saved 10% to 15% by contacting UHaul over the phone and asking about a military discount. The best method is to contact their sales department at 800-468-4285.
How long does U-Haul refund?
Once your order has arrived back at our warehouse and has been verified, we will credit back the product cost (shipping will not be refunded unless a product was defective) within 2 to 5 days.

How do I leave a review on move Helper?
Once your job is completed, you will receive an email with a link to review your Moving Help® service provider. If you’re unable to locate this email, you can sign onto your Customer Account, select the order number (OR-), and click “Write a review.”
