What is Wine GE?

This is my build of WINE based on/forked from the most recent bleeding-edge proton experimental wine repo. This is meant to be used with non-steam games outside of Steam. For Steam games, I provide Proton-GE for usage with Lutris, found here: https://github.com/gloriouseggroll/proton-ge-custom.
