Will FedEx package my large item?

With FedEx Ground® and FedEx Home Delivery® Services, you can ship packages up to 150 lbs; up to 108″ in length, and 165″ in length plus girth. Place yellow and black safety heavyweight labels over the diagonal corners of the package if it weighs more than 75 lbs.

Does FedEx charge for boxes?

Packaging is vital to the swift delivery of your shipment. We have therefore developed our own range of ready-to-use, self-sealing packaging in a choice of shapes and sizes. And they are all available free of charge when you give your shipments to FedEx*.

Can FedEx bring a label?

Yes, you have a couple of options: Create a label on your phone with the FedEx® Mobile app, and the app will issue you a barcode. Just save the barcode to your phone and visit a FedEx Office or participating FedEx Ship Center location. One of our team members will scan your barcode and print your label in the store.

Will FedEx tape things for you?

For the record FedEx locations DO NOT offer free tape, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, other packing supplies or boxes to customers. The only exception is the free white Express envelopes, paks, or white boxes that can be used ONLY for Express shipments.
