Will my stuff get ruined in a pod?
A: If packaged correctly, your belongings will not get ruined in storage. Be sure not to load your storage unit in the rain or otherwise let moisture accumulate on your belongings before stashing them — which could make them mildew, rot, or warp. A: You cannot put hazardous materials in a shipping container. You should also avoid putting items such as food, plants, or other perishables, as well as extremely important documents — such as birth certificates or house deeds — or antiques or family heirlooms that may be vulnerable to damage. Shipping containers are great for storage and offer protection from weather and wildlife. But unless they are outfitted with security measures, they aren’t 100 percent foolproof if a vandal or thief really wants to take a look at your stuff.
What happens if a container in a pod crashes?
Normally in single container POD, The pod will be restarted when the primary process of the container crashes. If Pod’s status is Failed , Kubernetes will try to create new Pods until it reaches terminated-pod-gc-threshold in kube-controller-manager . This will leave many Failed Pods in a cluster and need to be cleaned up. A PODS storage rental begins the day the container is delivered to you and continues for the next 30 days. Hazardous Materials such as toxic chemicals, gas, liquids, substance, material or waste, lawn mowers, motorized vehicles and illegal items cannot be placed in a PODS Container.
